3 Week CountDown Begins 💪🏽

3 Week CountDown Begins 💪🏽

HEY HOTSTUFF 😝👑😍
So....
I’m about three weeks out from my surgery on November 5th, 2019 and last night my mom help me prep all of my food because I have realized that if I go ahead and prep the food for the week beforehand, my week seems to go by so much better! (Actually just planning in general but that’s for another blog)
Prepping helps me not think about what I wanna eat for the week. It also helps me to control my spending because now I know longer have to budget for food outside of what I’ve already spent for my meal prep. Soooo.....
what’s on the menu for this week?
I’m so glad you asked 💁🏽‍♀️... all the good stuff
salmon or tilapia
with sweet potatoes and asparagus every day! all day! And in that order 😂.
We barely seasoned anything so on the sweet potatoes we use a little bit of cinnamon, nutmeg , and 1 tablespoon of salted butter to season all of the sweet potatoes
(i got 2 bags of marketplace Pre prepped sweet potatoes, from Walmart, the ones you can steam in the bag and it be ready in 5 mins, my mom is extra so she actually steamed them on the stove top until they were tender took about 15 minutes)
and then we use coconut oil, 1 tablespoon, with pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Not the salt just the powder on the asparagus
(Same thing as above, I got 2bags of the pre prepped marketplace steam bags. She steamed them on the stove with the lid on then placed the entire pan in the oven at 375 until they were soft like I like them 👑🥰 sooo good! But I couldn’t taste them because it was outside of my hours to eat lol but she tasted them for me, she said everything was delicious 😂)
On the salmon and Tilapia we used onion powder, garlic powder and pepper. No oil on the protein though. We put them in a shallow foil pan sprayed with coconut oil so it wouldn’t stick, Pre heated oven to 375 for 15-20 minutes and BAM it’s done and delicious 😆)
Placed them in my 3 compartment containers I got from Walmart, let everything cool, I them freezed 5 of the 7 preps so I can take them out and let them defrost so they are still fresh for the rest of the week! ( I hate pre prepped food that tastes old, freezing it makes it taste like I cooked it the same day, take it out the night before, put it in the refrigerator and by morning you’re all set 💪🏽)

So here’s my plan of action
• only eat between 10:30am and 6:30 pm
• First drink 1 full bottle of water before anything
• First meal is a premier protein protein shake , followed by meal prep as a second meal and my 3rd meal is another protein shake
• Consume 64 ounces of water
• I’m also going to commit to 30 minutes of exercise everyday (cardio)
• Sip my slimming tea 30 minutes before bed so I can burn fat while I sleep and regulate myself (works awesome can’t wait for you guys to try it)
• Wake up at 9am and in the bed by 11pm (eventually I want to be in bed by 9 but with me going to be down for about a week I have to get all my wigs prepped and ready to be shipped while I’m gone, so my business runs smooth until I get back 🙏)
I hear that getting sleep is really important when losing weight so I’m def gonna make it a point to be in bed, wake up early and go to bed earlier than normal. A Normal day for me would be going to bed at 4am waking up at 8/9am and then ripping and running the entire day. Or some days I would be up for 24/48 hours at a time which would honestly kill my metabolism.
(Don’t is what I do, it’s not healthy, it halts your results, makes you retain water and all kinds of other things)

p.s. I go for my final medical exam tomorrow so yay me! Just need the doc to sign off my medical clearance and we are good to go! Wish me luck! 🙏

p.p.s.if you have any questions! And I mean any! Feel free to drop them in the comments below! I’m more than happy to answer anything! I’m an open book (when it pertains to weight loss and surgery) ☺️
